You must use a compatible wallet to use our services. You are responsible for your wallet ParagonCrypto.io cannot retrieve your passwords or keys associated with your wallet. We do not have access to your wallet as it is a third party application. We advise you to keep passwords safe and follow the security measures advised by your unique wallet provider.

If your wallet has been compromised please reach out to us at ParagonCrypto.io to notify us. Be aware your ParagonCrypto.io tokens will be sent to the wallet you made the original purchase with and we cannot send your tokens to an alternate address. It is your responsibility to ensure you follow the correct safety and security measures when purchasing from our website. Best practice of safety and security can be found in the documentation of your wallet provider.

Never share your seed phrase, password or access keys to your wallet, avoid clicking on suspicious links or using public internet connections.

We hold the right to terminate your account if we deem your interaction to be suspicious.
